Before and after comparison of the ImageGrafix website redesign by Maxeemize, showing the old product-heavy layout and new strategy-led design.

ImageGrafix Software FZCO has spent three decades helping engineering, construction, manufacturing and asset-intensive organizations adopt the software, systems and services behind complex digital operations. As the company’s portfolio and regional footprint expanded, its website had to do more than list products and partners. It needed to help visitors understand where ImageGrafix fits in the full digitalization journey, find solutions by industry or business need, evaluate expertise and move naturally toward a meaningful conversation.

Maxeemize redesigned the ImageGrafix digital experience around a clearer B2B information architecture, stronger service positioning, a more useful resource center and more intentional conversion paths. The new staging website also explicitly credits Maxeemize for website design, while the legacy production site credits Maxeemize for digital marketing.

About ImageGrafix

Established in Dubai in 1996, ImageGrafix positions itself as a premium systems integrator serving organizations across engineering, manufacturing, construction, project execution and asset operations. On the new site, the company highlights 30 years in business, more than 6,000 customers, a 90% retention rate and 15 regional offices.

The Business Challenge

The legacy website contained substantial depth: lifecycle solutions, multiple divisions, a large vendor and product portfolio, service offerings, support, training, blogs, events and company information. That breadth proved the company’s capability, but it also created a navigation system with many parallel entry points and a long list of brand names. For a visitor who did not already know which product, division or vendor to choose, the path to the right solution could be harder to understand.

The redesign therefore had to solve an information problem as much as a visual one: organize a complex technology business around the way customers think, connect product expertise to business outcomes, make proof and resources easier to discover, and create clearer next steps for prospects.

What Changed in the Redesign

  1. Reorganized solution discovery around customer intent

The legacy navigation separated Solutions, Divisions, Products and Services. The new site consolidates the discovery model under Solutions with three clear paths: By Digitalization Value Chain, By Industry and By Products. Visitors can begin with their stage of work, their sector or the technology they already use.

  1. Turned the digitalization lifecycle into a central story

The new site gives Plan, Design, Build, Operate and Maintain a stronger narrative role. Rather than treating those stages as isolated menu items, the redesign connects them to an Engineer-to-Operate story that explains how data and systems move across the full asset lifecycle.

  1. Added dedicated industry pathways

The new architecture brings industry intent forward with dedicated paths for Energy, Building & Construction, Manufacturing, Transportation and Pharmaceutical markets. This helps buyers recognize relevance faster and creates stronger landing-page contexts for sector-specific services, products, case studies and resources.

  1. Elevated services from a list into focused commercial pillars

The staging site presents six defined service areas, including Cloud Platform Services, Octave EAM/APM Services, Oracle Primavera Services, Oracle Fusion Services, Digital Engineering Services, and Custom Development & Consulting Services. Individual service pages add clearer descriptions, detailed offerings and direct consultation calls to action.

  1. Built a richer resource and proof ecosystem

The legacy site’s Resources menu emphasized Trainings, Blogs and Events. The redesign expands the content hub to include Events, Case Studies, Blogs, eBooks, Brochures and Webinars, with keyword search and category/content-type filters. The homepage also elevates a featured customer success story instead of relying only on logo walls for credibility.

  1. Created more intentional conversion paths

The old homepage ended with a general contact form. The new experience uses context-specific actions such as Request a Strategy Session and Book a Technical Consultation, placing the next step closer to the visitor’s current intent.

  1. Strengthened regional and company credibility

The new Why ImageGrafix section gives greater prominence to the company story, careers and regional presence. A dedicated regional page describes 15 offices across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Egypt, the United Kingdom and Europe, turning geographic reach into useful buyer information instead of leaving location details only in the footer or contact area.

Before and After: Website Architecture

Area Legacy Production Site New Staging Site
Primary navigation Solutions, Divisions, Products, Services, Support, Resources and Company operate as separate top-level systems. Solutions is reorganized into three customer-oriented paths: by value chain, industry and product; Services and Why ImageGrafix become clearer supporting pillars.
Product discovery A long menu exposes many individual vendor and product names directly. Homepage highlights Core Strategic Product Partnerships and routes remaining vendors through an Other Product Partnerships path.
Industry relevance Industry content exists, but it is less prominent in the top-level navigation. Dedicated industry path surfaces Energy, Building & Construction, Manufacturing, Transportation and Pharmaceutical.
Services Multiple service categories and nested implementation/support items create a broad list. Six defined service pillars create a more focused commercial architecture with detailed service-page CTAs.
Resources Trainings, Blogs and Events are the main resource categories. Resources expands to Events, Case Studies, Blogs, eBooks, Brochures and Webinars with search and filters.
Proof Homepage leans heavily on extensive client and partner logo galleries. The new homepage combines partner credibility with a Featured Success Story and a Trusted by Industry Leaders section.
Conversion Homepage uses a general Contact Us form as the main visible action. Strategy-session and technical-consultation CTAs are integrated across higher-intent pages.
Regional presence Office/contact information is present, but mostly separated from the core value proposition. A dedicated Regional Presence page makes the 15-office footprint part of the sales and trust narrative.
Content positioning The site demonstrates breadth primarily through catalog depth. The redesign explains the relationship between lifecycle stage, industry, technology and service expertise.

The Strategic Shift

The most important change is not the number of pages or menu items. It is the mental model. The legacy site asks visitors to navigate ImageGrafix’s organizational and vendor structure. The redesign increasingly asks visitors to start with their own context: where they are in the asset lifecycle, what industry they operate in, which technology environment they use, or what service they need.

For a complex B2B technology provider, that shift can make the website easier to understand while giving sales, marketing and search engines clearer relationships among expertise, services, industries, products and proof.

Designing a More Useful Customer Journey

The staging site creates multiple paths for different levels of buyer awareness. A visitor who knows the business problem can explore an industry or lifecycle stage. A technical evaluator can move directly to a product or service. A research-oriented visitor can browse case studies, blogs, eBooks, brochures and webinars. Higher-intent visitors are invited to a strategy session or technical consultation.

This is especially relevant for enterprise engineering and asset-management buyers, where the path to a decision rarely begins and ends on a single product page.

SEO, AIO and GEO Foundations in the New Structure

The redesign creates a stronger foundation for organic search and AI-assisted discovery because it gives the site clearer topic relationships. The value-chain, industry, product, service and resource sections can function as connected topic clusters rather than isolated navigation buckets.

Clearer topical hierarchy. A dedicated Solutions structure establishes parent-child relationships among value-chain stages, industries and products. This can help crawlers and users understand how pages relate.

More useful internal-link routes. Industry pages can link to relevant services, products and case studies; service pages can link back to industries and supporting resources; resources can feed authority into commercial pages without forcing repetitive exact-match anchors.

Stronger evidence for AI answers. Case studies, detailed service pages, resources and company proof provide the kind of specific, attributable context that answer engines can use when summarizing expertise. Visibility is not guaranteed, but the content architecture is more citation-ready.

Better geographic/entity context. The regional-presence page connects ImageGrafix with specific markets and office locations across the Middle East, India, the United Kingdom and Europe, supporting clearer geographic relevance.

More distinctive service intent. Focused service pages such as Cloud Platform Services provide room for problem statements, capabilities, proof, FAQs and conversion actions that are difficult to communicate from a single generic services page.

Results We Can Verify

Without relying on private analytics, the redesign can be verified to have delivered the following structural and content improvements:

Why This Redesign Matters for Complex B2B Technology Companies

Technology companies with large partner ecosystems often accumulate website complexity over time. Every new vendor, service, industry, office and content type adds another path into the business. If the architecture is not periodically rethought, the website can become an accurate catalog of the company but a difficult map for the customer.

The ImageGrafix redesign shows a more scalable alternative: preserve the company’s technical depth, but organize it around buyer context. Lifecycle stages explain where ImageGrafix creates value. Industry pages explain relevance. Product pages support technical evaluation. Service pages define what ImageGrafix actually does. Case studies and resources provide proof and education. Regional pages establish local presence. Consultation calls to action connect research to a next step.

That structure gives design, content, SEO and conversion strategy a shared framework instead of treating them as separate website tasks.

Maxeemize Expertise Demonstrated in the Project

Need a Website That Makes a Complex Business Easier to Understand?

Maxeemize designs websites around the way customers evaluate, compare and act—not simply around the way a company is organized internally. For B2B technology companies, that means connecting strategy, content, search visibility and conversion paths in one coherent digital experience.
